Jane Adams is a PhD student in Computer Science at Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts, and holds a Masters of Fine Arts Degree in Emergent Media. Jane's work as a researcher focuses on the development of information visualization dashboards for fields such as computational biology, genomics, finance, natural language processing, cybersecurity, networks, and marketing. She has spoken extensively on the topics of data art and visualization, AI art, computational creativity, and visualization for machine learning at venues such as SXSW, NVIDIA's Global Technology Conference (GTC), TEDx, and Women in Data Science (WiDS) at Stanford University. Jane develops web-based applications in Python, React, and JavaScript. She has experience with SQL, MongoDB, nginx, uwsgi, and is a full stack developer.
